This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies are used on avtoprokat.md, operated by CASHCAR S.R.L. (trading as AvtoProkat.MD), and how you can control your choice.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files your browser stores on your device. They let a site remember, for example, your chosen language or count visits. Some are set by us, others by external providers (Google, Meta, Cloudflare).

2. How we ask for consent

On your first visit we show a banner with three equally accessible options: "Accept all", "Reject" and "Settings". Until you choose, only necessary cookies are used. Google Analytics and advertising tags run in Google Consent Mode v2: without consent they do not store cookies and may only send signals without identifiers. The Google map stays blocked until you accept functional cookies.

Your choice is kept for 6 months, after which we ask again. You can change it at any time with the round button in the bottom-left corner of the page, or here: Cookie settings.

3. Cookie categories

Necessary

They keep the site, the booking form and security working. They rely on our legitimate interest and cannot be switched off.

Functional

They allow the Google map with our office location and other embedded content to be shown. They are enabled only with your consent.

Statistics

They show us, in aggregate, how the site is used (Google Analytics). They are enabled only with your consent.

Marketing

They measure campaign performance and allow relevant ads to be shown on Google and Meta networks. They are enabled only with your consent.

The list may vary depending on the services in use. We update it when we add or remove services.

5. How to manage cookies

in the site's cookie settings, at any time;
in your browser settings, where you can block or delete cookies (blocking necessary cookies may stop bookings from working);
for Google Analytics, also with Google's official opt-out browser add-on.

When you withdraw consent, we delete the cookies of that category set on our domain, and its scripts stop loading from the next page.
